Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all coaching sessions, offers, and services provided by XING LLC (“The Story Hook Method,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or participating in any coaching session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Promotional Offer

This promotion is for one (1) coaching session per participant.
The offer is available while supplies last and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice.
The promotional session is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit toward other services.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

All bookings must be scheduled in advance through our official booking system or via written confirmation from XING LLC.
It is against our policy to take multiple coaching days over a calendar period without payment.
Any additional sessions beyond the promotional offer require full payment at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Coaching is a collaborative process and requires your active participation.
We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or personal outcomes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XING LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in coaching sessions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
