These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all coaching sessions, promotional offers, programs, and services provided by XING LLC, doing business as The Story Hook Method (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in any coaching session, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Promotional Offer
The promotional offer includes one (1) complimentary coaching session per participant.
The offer is available while supplies last and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
The promotional session is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or applied to other services.

2. Booking & Payment Policy
All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our official booking system or through written confirmation from XING LLC.
Participants may not book multiple unpaid coaching sessions over any calendar period.
Any additional sessions beyond the promotional offer require full payment at the time of booking.
Prices for paid sessions are subject to change but will not affect sessions already purchased.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited without refund, unless prohibited by applicable law.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions; if so, you will be notified promptly.

4. No Guarantee of Results
Coaching requires responsibility, engagement, and follow-through.
We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, health, or personal outcome.
Coaching is not therapy, nor legal, financial, or medical advice. You should seek appropriate licensed professionals for those services.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law:

XING LLC and its coaches or speakers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from coaching participation.
Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the session giving rise to the claim (if any).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law (including claims involving fraud, willful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights).

6. Voluntary Participation & Personal Responsibility
You understand that coaching involves personal reflection, decision-making, and self-guided action.
You agree that you alone are responsible for your choices, actions, and results before, during, and after coaching.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [STATE OF YOUR LLC], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you want Colorado or Utah designated here, just tell me and I’ll finalize.

8. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
